Refund Policy

At TonedByT, we strive to provide the highest quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise.

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all seals and labels intact.
  • Refunds are only available for products that have a manufacturing defect or do not meet quality standards 
  • Refund requests must be made within 28 days of the purchase date. Requests made after 28 days will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Please note that refund only applies to product cost; shipping/delivery fee is exempted
Non-Eligible Items:

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Used, altered, or washed products.
  • Products that have been tampered with or are not in their original condition.
  • Sale items or products purchased with a discount code.

Refund Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team via  info@tonedbytshop.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide proof of purchase and any relevant photos to support your claim.
  3. If your request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
